Plant Water Relations

We are scientists studying Plant Water Relations!
Our main aim is to promote research, teaching and communication in the field of water relations of plants.

Water is a scarce resource under growing demand by the need to feed an increasing human population and to mitigate the path towards a drier world. Plants that are the foundation of all kinds of terrestrial ecosystems, human-made or natural, also need water to survive and thrive. Achieving sustainable water use while maintaining or increasing the delivery of plant products and other ecosystem services is a major target that units all plant physiologists independently of their scale of work.
